Trafford Group Light Blues Breakfast proved to be a resounding success, highlighting the core values of Freemasonry: fellowship, mentorship, and community spirit. Held, at Urmston 1881 Ltd’s building at Urmston Masonic Hall, to foster connections between seasoned brethren and new brethren. The event was a true testament to the enduring strength and welcoming nature of our fraternity.
Assistant Provincial Grand Master Stuart Boyd, a highly respected member of our community, played a pivotal role in the breakfast’s success. His engaging conversations with the light blues, our newer and younger members, exemplified the supportive and inclusive atmosphere that Freemasonry prides itself on. Stuart’s warmth and enthusiasm were instrumental in making new members feel valued and welcomed.
The Light Blues Breakfast is more than just a meal; it is a demonstration of Freemasonry in action. Senior brethren were present in force, providing encouragement, guidance and wisdom to the newer light blue brethren. This interaction is essential in nurturing the next generation of Freemasons, ensuring that they are well-integrated and supported within our community.
A special commendation goes to our chef, Nadeem Shammas, who prepared another exceptional full English breakfast. The culinary delights were perfectly complemented by the capable assistance of Sharleen Rose, whose efforts did not go unnoticed. Their hard work and dedication significantly contributed to the event’s overall success.
A heartfelt thanks to all senior brethren and light blues who attended. Their presence and participation are what make such events memorable and impactful. The Light Blues Breakfast is a shining example of the fellowship and unity that define Freemasonry.
