Brethren of Lodge of Grace No 6418 were very happy to hold a very special occasion on their February meeting night, it was for Stephen Senneck’s 50th year as a member of the Lodge of Grace, and three time the master of Lodge of Grace.

After opening the lodge, the WM Alan Morris admitted Provincial Deputy Grand Director of Ceremonies David Boyes who had formed the procession into the lodge of the Assistant Provincial Grand Master John James, accompanied by the Provincial Senior Grand Warden John Reynolds and other distinguished guests.
WM Alan Morris offered John James the gavel, which John James accepted and took the chair for this memorable occasion. John James proceeded to treat the brethren to a very interesting and humorous history of Lodge of Grace, being extremely competent as a member of 50 years himself.

Stephen Senneck was given a chair opposite John James and as they sat opposite each other, John gave a wonderful history of Stephen’s very interesting life and Masonic career, which brought much pleasure, and at times, laughter amongst the brethren. John was the very best and possibly the only person for this role, as Stephen and John have been great friends for over 50 years.
John had great pleasure in presenting Stephen Senneck with his certificate for 50 years in Freemasonry. This wonderful evening continued with the festive board, where there were many more stories and great banter. It was a very special evening, thoroughly enjoyed by everyone who was privileged to be part of the celebration.
