Lodge of Grace No 6418, a member of the Gladstone Group, meets at The Adelphi Hotel in Liverpool. For the installation meeting, the lodge brethren were delighted to welcome Provincial Senior Grand Warden John Reynolds as the principal guest representing the Provincial Grand Master Mark Matthews, for this proclamation meeting.

The lodge was duly opened by the WM Alan Morris and his wardens, senior warden Steven Senneck and junior warden Mark Dimelow. The first duty for Alan was to have the minutes of the previous meeting confirmed.
Director of ceremonies, Robert Menzies then rose and asked brethren to stand and salute Mark Dimelow, Past Assistant Provincial Grand Master, with five. Mark responded and greeted the assembled brethren. The director of ceremonies then asked brethren to salute John Reynolds with three.
The junior warden then proposed that Alan Morris to stand as WM for a further year. The brethren then saluted the WM with three. The WM then closed the master Masons lodge and fellow crafts were readmitted into the lodge and work was then resumed to the first degree.
The secretary then announced the officers that were staying in office. The director of ceremonies then concluded the ceremony of installation. John Reynolds then delivered an excellent address to the brethren of the lodge and then gave Alan Morris the congratulations of the Provincial Grand Master Mark Matthews. Alan Morris then presented a cheque of behalf of the brethren of Lodge of Grace to John Reynolds to West Lancashire Freemasons’ Charity for £1000. John Reynolds thanked the brethren of Lodge of Grace for their very generous donation.
The WM did the risings, and the lodge was then closed and the brethren retired to the Crompton Suite for the festive board. The chaplain Paul Sutton said grace and following the completion of the meal, the WM gave a toast to His Majesty the King.
