A total of 24 companions came together to enjoy a splendid installation ceremony at Carnarvon Chapter No 2376 at Preston Masonic Hall. The Deputy Grand Superintendent Christopher Butterfield was present as the principal guest.

Christopher was accompanied by Assistant to the Provincial Grand Principals Paul Hesketh, group chairman David Bishop, Gary Smith and other grand and acting Provincial grand officers. Assistant Provincial Grand Master Peter Lockett was also present for the ceremony.
The installation ceremony was started and Glenn Hornby was soon installed as third Principal by Trevor Partington, followed by David Robinson being installed as second principal by David Crossley. On this occasion Andy Ince remained as first principal as Neil Ward was not able to be present at the convocation.
After each new principal was installed, the robe addresses ensued with Steve Hallam addressing the third principal and Kieran Taylor-Bradshaw addressing the second principal, both delivering great ritual and understanding.
The three principals then invested the officers present before John Fenton gave the address to the principals. David Crossley then delivered the officers address followed by Paul Hesketh who took to the floor to present the address to the companions of the chapter in spectacular fashion.
Before ending the installation, the chapter shared donations of £951 to; International Aid Trust (to purchase a civilian mine detector for Ukraine), St Catherine’s and Rosemere Cancer Foundation, which were gratefully received.
The festive board was lively with good food and plenty of great conversation as toasts were made. A raffle took place at the festive board and everyone left happy.
