WM of the lodge Peter Leigh then closed the lodge and invited all the brethren present to join him and other members of Townley Parker Lodge for their Christmas Ladies to Dine evening.
The festivities began with a warm reception, where guests mingled and shared in the friendship of the occasion. A three-course meal followed consisting of melon, traditional turkey dinner and Christmas pudding dessert.
A notable highlight of the evening was the captivating performance by a talented Rivington & Adlington Brass Band. Their pleasant tunes delighted everyone while they enjoyed their meal, followed by carols sung in fine melody. The night ended with a raffle which raised over £190 for Masonic charities.
